A distance learning option for world-class
leadership and management training
Enhance your critical business knowledge and skills through
this highly-acclaimed training program that combines an IATA
distance learning course (see eligible courses under the "Requirements and
Registration" tab) with 10 Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) modules of
Aviation and travel industry
IATA self-study courses require between 40 and 120 hours of
self-study. You will be granted two free attempts to pass a final exam
within the enrolment period. Exams are organized in many countries
around the world.

Management skills through
Access to the HMM modules is valid for 6 months from the date
provided, with exams administered online.

A certificate of completion will be available for download once the completion criteria are met.
To claim your Leadership & Management Diploma, you must successfully complete both the eligible IATA course and the minimum 10 HMM modules. You may study as many additional HMM modules as you wish.
To earn the Diploma in Leadership & Management in your preferred specialty area, select the distance learning course from the below list (all courses include access to HMM).
