How to Claim your Diploma

Candidates who have fulfilled the Diploma requirements must send a copy of all three IATA Course Diplomas to the IATA Examination Support Center at the following address:

Upon receipt of your proof of program completion, IATA will issue your Diploma in Travel Sales and Operations.

IATA will award this diploma to those who successfully pass all three (3) of the below listed course examinations within 18 months of enrolling. The pre-purchase of the three (3) courses named below is required at the time of enrollment and the diploma is not awarded to retroactive applicants. IATA course content will be delivered in electronic format.
