The IATA and Jeppesen joint diploma program offers engaging training to develop the operational and managerial skills of the next generation of aviation leaders.

The courses offered under this diploma have been selected to help the leaders of tomorrow become fully cross-functional in a highly competitive environment. Safety Management courses in the Ab-Initia training for Pilot-Cadets will develop their understanding of Safety and the importance of a strong Safety Policy.

This program will ensure that pilots, at their initial stage of training, develop their individual awareness in Ground Operations and Safety Compliance.

This diploma will be awarded to those who successfully complete the (2) two required courses and two from the list of elective courses within a two (2) year period.

A candidate must achieve a passing mark of at least 70% on any assignment related to Operations and 80% on assignments related to Safety. To achieve distinction in this diploma program, candidates must obtain 90% or higher on all courses.
