Transform operations through lean-based best practices and proven processes
The first of its kind for the aviation industry, this new diploma sets the industry standard for improving efficiency and productivity across all air transport operational sectors. Developed in partnership with the Lean Flight Initiative, the diploma programme draws on principles from the renowned Toyota Lean Production system to offer four intensive courses leading to internationally recognised certification.
Diploma requirements
Participants must complete all required courses within a three-year period to qualify for the diploma. Courses are delivered through scheduled classroom sessions worldwide or can be customised for onsite delivery for groups of 15 or more.
