- Airside Operations Safety Compliance Updated to include the latest editions of the Airport Handling Manual (AHM) and IATA Ground Operations Manual (IGOM)
- Aviation Internal Auditor Updated in accordance with ISO 19011:2011 (Guidelines for auditing management systems)
- Root Cause Analysis Updated in accordance with ICAO and EASA Safety Management System (SMS) requirements and to conform with IATA’s IOSA and ISAGO audit programs
IATA - Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC), Advanced Masters in Airline Operations
This new advanced degree combines IATA’s operational expertise with ENAC’s comprehensive academic rigor. This educational partnership will help to develop the next generation of senior airline operations professionals. Offered as of September 2015.
IOSA Organization and Management System (ORG) Requirements
Under Enhanced IOSA, airlines will be required to complete ongoing internal assessments using the IOSA Standards and Recommended Practices (ISARPs). During this course you will learn the specific requirements of the Organization and Management System (ORG) section.
A-CDM in Airports and Ground Operations
Learn how shared, timely information will lead to better decision making and how the implementation of A-CDM at your airport can improve punctuality and use of resources.
Airport Strategic Management with Airport Business Simulation Program
Here’s your chance to run an airport for a few days. Apply the theory learned during our intensive Airport Strategic Management course with advanced business simulation exercises.
Baggage Claims and Proration
Learn the end-to-end baggage pro-rate process: from the moment of payment of the passenger claim until the agreement is made and the settlement of pro-rated amounts between the carriers takes place.
Tax Planning and Compliance for International Airline Professionals
With the help of specialized case studies and hands-on exercises, you will develop expertise to deal with tax issues specific for international air transport with a focus on results and long-term benefits. The first session will take place in September 2015.
Consumer Protection in Air Transport
This course provides an overview of EU Regulation 261/2004 and will improve how you handle passenger claims. You will also gain insight into other EU air passenger protection rules for fare transparency, passengers with reduced mobility, as well as similar rules in other regions. Courses are scheduled for June 2015 in Europe and October 2015 in Canada.
