Payment of fees
The fees indicated are per person and include course tuition and documentation. Fees do not include accommodation, meals or transportation.
Fees are payable in US dollars and are published for:
- IATA / ICAO / ACI Members / IGHC Members / GSSA Members / IATA Partners / Airport Advisors
- IATA / ICAO / ACI Members / IGHC Members / GSSA Members / IATA Partners / Airport Advisors headquartered in Developing Nations (listed throughout as DNA)
- Non-Members
Registration Deadline
All registrations must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the course start date. Late registrations will be accommodated at the discretion of IATA Training & Development Institute’s Product Manager in charge of the course and based on seat availability.
Payment Notice
Complete payment must be received prior to the beginning of the course. Failing receipt of payment, IATA reserves the right to either deny access to the class or withhold the course certificate.
The IATA Training & Development Institute does NOT accept CASH payments.

Cancellation Policy
We offer a flexible cancellation policy:
- Your course fees will be reimbursed, minus a USD 50 processing charge, if your request is made in writing and received by IATA 30 days prior to course commencement.
- Should we receive your request less than 30 days prior to the course commencement, you will be issued a credit note to attend any other course offered by IATA. This credit note is valid for 12 months following the date of issuance. However, full course fees remain payable. Suitable participation substitution may be requested by telephone or in writing at any time without additional cost.
- Failure to attend the course without prior notice (No-Show) will result in the loss of the course fee paid.
In the event of insufficient enrolment, IATA reserves the right to cancel any course 2 weeks prior to course commencement, in which case course fees are fully refundable. IATA will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by course participants, i.e. airfare or hotel charges.
Course Certificate
To successfully complete a course and receive a certificate, a candidate must achieve a passing mark of 70% on the final assignment or exam with the exception of the following courses where a candidate must achieve a passing mark of 80%:
To achieve distinction, a candidate must obtain 90%.
Should you not achieve the required standards, a Letter of Attendance confirming your participation in the course is provided
Copy of Certificate/Diploma
You can obtain a copy of a lost Certificate or Diploma by sending a written request to the IATA Training & Development Institute: training.ymq@iata.org. An administration fee of USD100.00 per Certificate or Diploma will be charged to prepare and forward each copy of a Diploma or Certificate.
Hotels
The IATA Training & Development Institute has negotiated special rates with hotels located near IATA Training Centres. Once registered for a course, you will receive all the hotel details pertinent to the location at which the course is taking place.
