Main IATA navigation

eAWB360  is an industry "call-to-action" initiative at selected airports having a favorable regulatory and operational environment for e-AWB (referred to as “e-Airports”).

The e-airports selected by eAWB360 airlines, need to have a majority of operating airlines and Ground Handling Agents (GHAs) ready to offer eAWB as preferred means to all destinations, by using the Single Process service and a common e-AWB Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) (pdf).

How to join?

We encourage freight forwarders, airlines and GHAs to join the eAWB360 initiative.

  • Freight forwarders, please contact your local airline representative.
  • Airlines and GHAs, please contact IATA at e-freight@iata.org
