IATA Ground Handling Council (IGHC)

The IATA Ground Handling Council (IGHC) brings together over 350 airlines, ground handlers, airports and authorities and serves as a platform where matters of mutual concern regarding ground operations can be discussed.

Development of ground handling standards

IGHC is a valuable source of key input to the ground operations industry agenda, from which the standards are developed on how ground handling activities at airports are conducted.

Who can join

IGHC membership is open to all IATA member airlines, Non-IATA airlines, Independent ground handling companies, Airports and Persons that provide or arrange for ground handling activities as outlined in Annex A of the current IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement. Call of Annual Meeting 2013

The 26th IGHC annual meeting will take place on 6 May 2013. Annual meeting is open to all IGHC members with valid IGHC membership for 2013. Please review the IGHC Membership 2013 Terms & Conditions before applying for membership.
