IATA’s Baggage Services brings value to the air transport industry through several mechanisms. These support our members and encourage collaboration between airlines when transporting baggage. Our main project focus is InBag - Innovation in Baggage.
Closely tied to our project work, we produce and maintain standards for the handling of baggage and baggage messaging. We also support our IATA colleagues in our Training and Development Institute.
