Schedules Conference

The bi-annual (June and November) Schedules Conference is IATA's largest event. Up to 300 airlines meet with representatives of more than 200 schedules-facilitated or fully coordinated airports around the world in an effort to obtain the slots that will give them the best possible schedule to offer their customers.

As per the Worldwide Scheduling Guidelines (WSG) the purpose of this voluntary assembly of IATA and non-IATA airlines worldwide is to provide a forum for the allocation of slots at fully coordinated airports, and to reach a consensus on the schedule adjustments necessary to conform to airport capacity limitations.
