Flight Bag December 2008

Welcome to the December issue of the Flight Bag. The industry has faced many obstacles this year and it seems the economic downturn will continue into the new year. The December IATA Financial Forecast reveals a peak into a dismal 2009.

The IATA Board of Governors meeting was held at the beginning of December to agree and set the priorities for 2009. IATA continues to work on initiatives to aid its members with the challenges expected in the new year.
