Baggage Improvement Program
Since the beginning of the program, BIP has been present in the following locations through:
- 1 to 1 diagnosis: on-site visit to the airport by the IATA BIP team, working with the sponsoring airline for a week looking at all baggage processes.
- Self-Help: user friendly document that allow the airlines and airports to identify baggage mishandling issues.
