IATA Human Capital Network
Senior aviation human resources executives have historically had few opportunities to meet and discuss these common challenges they face in meeting the unique people requirements found in commercial aviation. IATA believes that sharing best practices in human capital management and development is useful to those who lead HR and Training operations in airlines and related organizations around the globe.
To address this need, IATA has established the IATA Human Capital Network.
Our purpose
The primary role is to facilitate exchange of best practices and information with particular focus on talent management, leadership development and learning. It also monitors trends and developments which may impact on people management of airlines as well as building interest in careers in air transport to ensure an adequate supply of future professionals to support airline industry needs.
