Load Control and Aircraft Messaging Task Force (LCAM)

The LCAM focuses on the identification of strategies for load control processes, aircraft movement including xml messaging and undertakes the continual review, development and improvement of the relevant content of the IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM) and IATA Ground Operations Manual (IGOM). Through participation in the LCAM there is the opportunity to influence the ground operations industry. In addition, the Task Force provides a unique opportunity for industry experts in their field to meet and network with their peers.

Composition and Meetings

The LCAM is open to IATA member airlines, Strategic Partners, Non-IATA airlines, Industry Stakeholders, who are also IGHC members and Strategic Partners in the Ground Operations area of interest. The number of participants is not restricted. The Task Force meets twice a year.
