Resolution Advisory Working Group (RADWG)
The Resolution Advisory Working Group (RADWG) is established to:
- 1. Discuss and develop uniform interpretations of existing resolutions and procedures relating to the application of tariffs and interlineable fares and rules.
- 2. Discuss developments in distribution channels and recommend changes to existing resolutions and procedures relating to the application of tariffs and interlinable fares and rules.
- 3. Review and advise on the implementation strategy of adopted changes and interpretations to current tariff resolutions, procedures and methodologies.
The RADWG meets as often as necessary, in a face-to-face meeting format, via teleconference or online.
IATA Members, the Secretariat, CRSs, data providers or any other body seeking advice on the standard application of tariff rules can make submissions to the RADWG.
The clarification of these standards ensures the common application of the rules in CRSs and paper tariffs. It also ensures that industry rules are written against the background of the known standards to ensure the accurate programming into CRSs and the correct application.
Membership is open to all IATA member airlines and Strategic Partners.
