Passenger Services Conference (PSC)
The Passenger Services Conference (PSC) agrees standards and procedures for passenger and baggage handling, passenger reservations and passenger ticketing matters among others.
Agreements reached at the Passenger Services Conference take the form of resolutions or recommended practices published in the Passenger Services Conference Resolutions Manual. These resolutions are implemented on an industry-wide basis.
PSC also provides a forum for the discussion of new developments in the airline industry and the development of policies and procedures to meet these changes. The PSC can meet jointly with its counterpart, the Airlines for America (A4A) group, where appropriate.

A new Resolution has been adopted by Member airlines at the Passenger Services Conference and Passenger Tariff Coordinating Conferences. This Resolution changes how Passenger Standards are developed and will take effect from 1 November 2018. These changes will make standard setting more agile and dynamic, and make the governance structure simpler and easier to navigate.

Extension to exception for Paper Excess Baggage Tickets - Airline Brief (pdf)
The Passenger Services Conference has granted a further 12-month exception to allow member airlines to continue issuing paper Excess Baggage Tickets until 31 May 2019.
