Common Use Self Service (CUSS) Management Group


The Common Use Self Service Management Group (CUSSMG) was established by IATA Resolution 706. The main functions of the Management Group are:

  • To review and approve proposed additions, changes and deletions to the Common Use Self Service (CUSS) Standards as well as any future products and/or CUSS applications
  • To manage the Certification process
  • To submit an annual report of its activities to the JPSC meeting
  • To liaise closely with other ATA and IATA Committees impacting on CUSS Standards

Recommended practices, technical specifications and certification criteria developed by this group are published in the IATA CUSS Manual, available at: www.iata.org/cussmanual

Membership

Membership of CUSSMG is restricted to IATA Members, IATA Strategic Partners and members of Airports Council International (ACI)
