IATA Pakistan
The IATA Pakistan office serves as the central point of contact for airlines, travel agents, cargo agents and industry service providers in Pakistan on matters pertaining to IATA and the airline industry.
Highlights
- IATA Pakistan is actively involved in the Simplifying the Business initiative.
- Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) : The Pakistan BSP was launched in 2006, bringing new efficiency to the relationship between travel agents and airlines by providing a one-stop standardized interface.
- An IATA Cargo Advisory Panel (ICAP) and Executive Council has also been formally established. Through active engagement of the local agency community in Pakistan, this body has prepare recommendations for accreditation criteria.
