Highlights

• Customer service issues such as BSP, CASS and agent accreditation are centralised in IATA's Service Centre for Europe based in Madrid, providing enhanced support - in French, Flemish and English - to airlines, travel and cargo agents. Please go to the  Customer Portal for resources and queries on these services.

IATA Belgium and Luxemburg is also actively supporting the Simplifying the Business initiative to find cost reduction possibilities in their complex process in five focus areas. The implementation of 100% e-ticketing is critical in this initiative.
