Passenger Agency Program

Within the Passenger Agency Programme, Travel Agents  and Cargo Agents have the possibility to apply for IATA Accreditation. When fulfilling a certain set of criteria, the applicant is accredited and can comence to sell products of Airlines participating in the BSP and CASS. For information related to agency accreditation in IATA's both settlement systems: BSP (passenger)  and CASS (cargo)  please consult the information in the right column.

BSP - Billing and Settlement Plan:

The BSP is enabling the remittance and settlement of Airlines tickets between IATA Accredited Agents and Airlines participating in BSP Finland

BSP Finland operations comprise of :

• 250 IATA accredited locations.
• There are 94 Participating Airlines.  
• The annual turn around is EUR 750,000,000.00

CASS - Cargo Accounts Settlement System

The CASS is enabling the remittance and settlement of Air waybills between Freight forwarders and Airlines

In the world of cargo Finland is a part of a multinational CASS Operations under CASS Nordic & Baltic (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden)
