2011/03/22 - Direct Debit in Sweden delayed

All Agents in Sweden are advised that due to technical problems, the direct debit for period 01MAR (to be done on 22nd March) is delayed and will probably not be withdrawn form the Agetns account until the 23rd March.

2011/03/01 - Remittance and Settlement migrated to the Madrid service centre

All BSP Agents and Airlines in Denmark, Estonia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden are advised the Remittance and Settlement services are being migrated from the Stockholm office to the European Service Centre in Madrid. The Stockholm office will keep a "shadow" operation for 6 months to ensure a smooth transition. There are no procedural changes for BSP participants, but if you have any queries, please raise your case through our customer service.

2010/06/17 - Altered Settlement date for period 02JUN and 03JUN in Lithuania

All BSP Participants are advised that due to the Banking Holiday in Lithuania 25th June, remittance and settlement for period 02JUN will be performed on the 28th June.
Also, for Agent paying four times a month, the remittance and settlement for 03JUN will be changed from 5th to 7th July, due to banking Holiday and clearing bank SEB closed for system updates.

2010/01/04 - Increased Frequency of Remittance in Denmark, Norway and Sweden from 1st January 2010

All Agents and Airlines participating in BSP in Denmark, Norway and Sweden are kindly reminded that the remittance and settlement will be four times a month, starting from 1st of January 2010.

This has been communicated several times since the decision was taken in December 2007, but we still wish to notify involved parties about this, to make sure that all resources and procedures are in place.
