Agents to send remaining paper documents directly to the airlines
From Period 1 January 2009 paper documents are no longer sorted and sent to airlines by BSP. Instead agents are obliged to send any coupons of refunded or reissued paper tickets directly to the airlines. The agents are reminded to only send coupons with related documents to the published addresses. If the agents have any documentation to supply to the airlines concerning E-tickets (like doctors certificates, waivers, form of indemnity or similar) the agents must agree with concerned airline where to send those. Always propose the airline to provide those electronically.
A complete list of adresses where to send each airlines coupons is published here until 01 JUL 2009. after that time there should be no more paper coupons left in circulation.
Please note that some airlines have different addresses depending on country of agent's origin. ( look at column B)
