Please note that, effective 1st March 2006, IATA has appointed Emjay Services to assist in the management of the BSP-UK Travel Agency Audit Programme.
Subsequent to an Audit being undertaken, the BSP Auditor may request you to contact Emjay Sevices and not the BSP office in relation to your Audit and the Auditor will provide you with the contact details. Your co-operation is requested in working with Emjay Services in regard to any queries or instructions regarding your Audit.
