Tickets and Stationery
Once you are approved as an IATA BSP UK agent you will be sent your first supply of ticket documents automatically.
The replenisment of these stocks are now done on an automatic top up (from 29th August 2006) but it is your resonsibility to ensure you hold a sufficient supply and to keep a stock record of all tickets you are holding. If you need to return stock for any reason, please complete the Return Product Form place one copy inside each box being sent and use the address label provided at the bottom of the form.
As an ATB agent you will be supplied with ATB wallets automatically with your ATB coupons - if you wish to order extra supplies then you need to order these separately and a charge is made for this. Please use the manual order form on our Customer Service Portal www.iata.org/europe/cs
E-Ticket Notice
You must ensure that this notice is provided to each passenger either as a paper copy or via your website.

Travel Agent Claim Form - Net Remit
This form is used to claim Supplementary Commission directly from an Airline in cases where a ticket issued under the Net Remit (NR) Scheme fails validation and the Supplementary Commission is not paid to the Agent. Such items appear in your NR Invalid Items Analysis.

Ticket Replacement Authority
This form should only be used when a ticket goes missing between the agent and the passenger. You will need to contact the issuing airline to see if they will allow you to use these forms and if they make any charges. If the ticket is lost by the passenger then a Form of Indemnity should be requested from the airline. Full instructions on how to issue the TRA in on the document attached.
