Every agent will have a copy of the BSP Manual for Agents (Dec 2000) which is the global manual for all IATA agents, chapters 1-13. Chapter 14 is for local procedures and is covered in the BSP Manual for Agents, which was sent to all agents in April 2003 and can also be found on this website.
Since the publication of this manual, any updates have been sent via BSPlink as a bulletin and can be found in the Files/Download section. As files on BSPlink are live for only two months we have decided to also upload them to this website. Please find below bulletin 81 onwards:
