Conditions of Contract (Warsaw Convention) and Other Important Notices of TicketWhen tickets are sold, agents are legally obliged to provide customers with a copy of the ticket notice. They may print the ticket notice on paper and hand it to the customer. Delivery by fax or other electronic means are equally acceptable. Please also note that this notice applies to both paper ticket and electronic ticket.
