CASS-Export, HK
Export billing and settlement service started in October 2005. It operates through CASSLink, an advanced global web-enabled e-billing solution, and now serving 22 airlines and 321 freight forwarders (including 222 IATA Accredited Cargo Agent and 99 CASS Associate) in the Hong Kong (SAR), China.

CASS-Import, HK
Import billing and settlement service was added in September 2008. The service operates through CASSLink-Import and is now linking 7 airlines and some 200 freight forwarders in the Hong Kong (SAR), China.

XLS (MS Excel) and/or HOT (Hand-off Tape) format invoicing data file can unlock information currently stored in the complementary PDF version. They shall improve data flow throughout your organization and allow customized business process and productivity solutions that help your team making a greater impact on your business. CASSLink Stock Management
This service provides an invaluable auditing facility as well as an automated means of allocating AWB Serial Numbers to approved freight forwarders. Kindly refer to the CASSLink Stock Management Fact Sheet or contact the CASS Office for details.
NAWB Form Ordering
Neutral Air Waybill form is available for order via the IATA Online Store - simply key in “NAWB” in the search box and follow the on-screen instruction. This service includes delivery to your door and shipment will be dispatched upon payment confirmation.
