The inaugural Air Cargo Day for the air cargo community in Singapore was held in Singapore on 2 November 2017. The event was jointly organized by IATA and SAAA@Singapore, the local forwarder association. With the theme “Airfreight Frontiers: Breaking Barriers, Fostering Trade”, the event focused on ways air cargo can be a trade facilitator, provide critical connectivity for the global economy and discussed the need for supply chain stakeholders to adapt to the challenges brought about by changes in the industry.
