IATA Frequent Flyer Program Fraud Prevention Workshop and Advisory Forum

IATA Frequent Flyer Fraud Prevention (FFP) Workshop Cancelation Announcement

Over the past few weeks, many of you have enquired about the status of the upcoming IATA Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) Fraud Prevention Workshop in Dallas due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Our number one priority is always the health and safety of our participants and staff. Therefore, after careful consideration, we have taken the decision to cancel the event. This decision was taken in accordance with guidance from national and local health authorities in USA, as well as the industry working group airline members.

We are very sorry that this decision had to be taken but we are sure you will all agree it was the correct one and for the right reasons. Please feel free to contact us at cardservices@iata.org.

In 2020, on its 7th edition, the IATA Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) Fraud Prevention Workshop (June 23-24) remains a unique airlines' exclusive and closed door event where participants share case studies and best practices, network and exchange on the latest trends and updates in fighting fraud on their loyalty programs.
