Aviation Fuel Forum Cancellation Announcement
Over the past few days, many of you have enquired about the status of the upcoming IATA Aviation Fuel Forum (AFF) in Berlin due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Our number one priority is always the health and safety of our participants and staff. Therefore, after careful consideration, we have taken the decision to cancel the event. This decision was made in accordance with guidance from national and local health authorities in Germany.
Please note that each participant is responsible for the cancellation and refund of their travel arrangements. The hotel arrangement for AFF allows a refund for hotel room cancellations made more than 24 hours before arrival. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you experience any issues or if you have any questions.
Visit our website for updates on the event agenda.

Berlin, Germany’s capital, dates to the 13th century. Divided during the Cold War, its 18th-century Brandenburg Gate has become a symbol of reunification. The city's also known for its art scene and modern landmarks like the gold-colored, swoop-roofed Berliner Philharmonie, built in 1963. A city filled with an eclectic mix of history, culture and incredible sights, it is a place that intrigues yet embraces visitors with open arms.
Due to its location in the European Plain, Berlin is influenced by a temperate seasonal climate. About one-third of the city's area is composed of forests, parks, gardens, rivers, canals and lakes.
