IATA, together with our host Ghana Ministry of Aviation, held the IATA Regional Aviation Forum for West and Central Africa, that took place on 24th & 25th of June 2019 in Accra, Ghana.

The event was convened under the theme “Aviation: Business for Regional Prosperity”. This high-caliber event brought together distinguished aviation decision makers and influencers, representing Governments, regulatory agencies, airlines, airports, air navigation service providers, tourism, international and regional organizations, aviation suppliers and aircraft manufacturers from across Africa.

His Excellecy Mahamudu Bawumia, The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, the Honourable Joseph Kofi Adda (MP) The Minister of Aviation of the Republic of Ghana, and Mr. Muhammad Ali Albakri, IATA’s Regional Vice President for Africa & Middle East, were present at the event along other senior IATA executives and aviation industry experts.
