Main purpose of the IATA Airline Cost Management Workshop is to raise awareness among Airlines about IATA Data Exchange Program for benchmarking operational and strategic KPIs.

Data Exchange Program is based on a give-to-get basis, which implies that any Airline sharing data within this Program has access to a number of detailed benchmarks, which assist in evaluating Airline’s financial performance against Industry, by regions, fleet types and categories, and also help to uncover and drive new operational efficiencies.

IATA Airline Cost Management Workshop is also to discuss and promote best practices in implementing cost management strategies and efficient processes throughout Airline operations.

Permanent and new members of IATA Airline Cost Management Group (ACMG) are welcome to join the one-on-one sessions, where they could ask any questions or share their views and expectations.

Airlines from the region, as well as worldwide, are welcome to attend IATA Airline Cost Management Workshop free of charge!
