At IATA we want to ensure that you make an informed decision before your purchase. With that in mind we encourage you to explore the publication pages of our website to obtain comprehensive product information.
We will accept returns of physical goods and credit your customer account. Depending on the reason for your return, shipping and restocking fees of 20% may be applied. All the returns must be received within 15 business days of the delivery date.
- If goods are damaged/defective when received, we will accept returns and send you a new copy of the same item.
- If we made an error in order processing, we will accept returns and credit your customer account or provide a full refund.
Returned goods must be in perfect condition and suitable for resale in order to receive a refund. This will be determined upon inspection of the returned goods. There will be no credit issued for goods that have been damaged or deteriorated in quality to the extent that they are not suitable for resale.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost for your return, unless the goods are defective or we made an error in order processing.
We will not provide a refund for electronic products, including but not limited to the IATA eLibrary (Windows, Mobile & Floating License).
The refund will be paid according to the original payment method of the order, excluding cheques:
- Refunded to the credit card used
- Issued by bank transfer (for cheque and bank transfer payments). A bank transfer charge will be deducted from the refund.
Some orders may have also included promotional items. These items must also be returned with your order. If these promotional items are not returned, a fee equal to the value of the promotional item may be deducted from your refund.
Refund requests must be submitted via the
IATA Customer Portal.
Please be sure to clearly indicate your company name, order number, title(s), quantity, and reason for the refund/return. We will send you an email message with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the goods.
Your return shipment must include the original packing slip and the Return Authorization Number.
Please allow up to eight weeks for refunds to be processed.
Receiving an Order
Publications in stock are delivered 3 to 15 business days upon receipt of order.
Please ensure to contact us within 30 days from the date of your order, if the shipment has not been received. We will not provide refunds, credit notes or replacements for items claimed beyond this guideline.
