Who should attend

We select professionals with diverse backgrounds, cultures and aviation experience to maximize exchanges during the program.

Successful applicants possess as a minimum:

  • Eight years of work experience
  • Proven managerial responsibilities
  • Proficiency in English

About IATA Training

We train thousands of aviation professionals annually through our global network of IATA Training Centers, partnering schools, and in private in-company sessions. Our 200+ classroom courses are developed using IATA’s unique industry insight and delivered by IATA Instructors, experts in their fields.

Requirements and registration

Fees and funding options

The program fee is SG$95,513 (inclusive of Singapore taxes) covering tuition, most teaching materials, and meals when classes are in session. All other expenses, including accommodation, travel and personal expenses are to be borne by the participant. Read about funding opportunities.

NBS and IATA offer partial scholarships of up to SG$30,000 per candidate, awarded on a competitive basis, to students who have been accepted to the program. The Scholarship Committee will give priority to students who demonstrate a strong ability to contribute to the class and the program, and those with greater financial need. The scholarships are available to all students who have been offered a place in the Nanyang Business School’s Executive Masters of Business Administration.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) offers a grant of up to 50% of the program fee to Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident participants from qualifying companies with at least 30% aviation revenues. Civil Aviation Authority (CAAS) may cover up to 70% of the program fees under the CAAS's Aviation Leaders Development Program. (pdf)

The referees should be able to comment on your management potential, as well as your ability to successfully complete the EMBA Program.
