With the current conditions developing around the globe, we understand that your plans to attend an IATA Training course may need to change, even at the last minute. So we’re giving you the flexibility to reschedule your course with us with no late cancellation fees*.

How does it work?

In these exceptional circumstances, if you reschedule your training with us less than 21 days before the course start date, we will waive the non-refundable administrative fee and transfer it to the new registration. If however, you are unable to reschedule, and instead choose to cancel, we will exceptionally refund these administrative charges.

All you have to do is contact us through our Customer Portal and let us know which course and session you are registered for, and which date you’d like to reschedule to. We’ll help you transfer to another session and make sure that the administrative charge is transferred to the new session.

Please remember that whenever you register for a course with IATA, and especially now, we strongly recommend that you make sure that your flight and accommodation are both refundable in the event that you need to reschedule, or there are exceptional changes to the course dates, as it may also be necessary for IATA to reschedule (or cancel) a training session at the last minute (less than 21 days before the course start date) due to the current situation.

Our in-house training solution

If you dont want to travel and have several people from your company that would like to attend the same course, you might like to consider our in-house training.

In-house training can be a cost-effective alternative to IATA classroom training, delivered to groups of five or more at the location of your choice. You can choose any existing classroom course for in-house delivery or request a customized solution based on your training needs. Find out more on our website.

*Late cancellation fees (non-refundable administrative charges) will exceptionally be waived until further notice. We will update this notice when there is a change, and late cancellation fees are once again in effect.
