Enhanced IOSA Workshop


16-17 April, Dubai. IATA is introducing a significant change to the IOSA program known as Enhanced IOSA. Under Enhanced IOSA (E-IOSA), an Operator will be required to complete ongoing internal assessments using the IOSA Standards and Recommended Practices (ISARPs).

In order to support all IOSA Registered operators in this new challenge, IATA is providing Enhanced IOSA Workshops around the world at no cost, to familiarize internal Quality Assurance departments with the process.

The two day workshop is designed to provide an introduction to E-IOSA and to help airline QA management and auditors to understand what is needed for carrying out internal assessments against the ISARPs. View event details.

Cabin Operations Safety Conference


20-22 May, Madrid. This first ever Cabin Operations Safety Conference places cabin operations as an integral and vital part of the airline operational safety spectrum. IATA is pleased to welcome the active participation of ICAO for this inaugural event. The aim of the conference is the further promotion of cabin operations safety, in a globally coordinated and harmonized approach.

Annual General Meeting 2014


1-3 June, Doha. The AGM is IATA’s pre-eminent event and a unique and exclusive industry forum, which brings together the world’s aviation leading figures. Every sector from the air transport industry is represented: airlines, governments, regulators, regional airlines associations, airports, ANSPs, manufacturers, IT providers, major media outlets and many other stakeholders and partners.

This year marks the 70th IATA Annual General Meeting and is special because it marks the 100th year of commercial aviation.

Held in June each year, the AGM establishes the priorities and work programs that drive ever higher levels of safety, security, environmental awareness and, particularly, financial viability. View event details.


134th Slot Conference


10-12 June, Abu Dhabi. With nearly 1000 delegates, from over 200 airlines and representatives of over 60 schedules-facilitated or fully coordinated airports, this semi-annual meeting is one of IATA’s largest events. The goal of the conference is for airlines and airports to obtain the slots that will give them the best possible schedule to offer their customers. View event details.
