This 5-day course will help you test your management skills and strategic thinking. You will be able to run your own airline and decide on the network, fleet, schedule, marketing and revenue management. You will be competing with other airlines for market share and profitability with real-life scenarios. Performance reports will be generated at the end of each session to show the impact of your different business strategies.
The course provides shorter lectures with more time spent on devising and testing business strategies. Using customized case studies and exercises, you will create scenarios such as airline start-up, growth, consolidation and mergers. Your objective is simple, be the most profitable airline!
This course is available at IATA Training Centers, Regional Training Partner locations, and on-demand as in-company training.

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
