Course content

  • Revenue accounting principles and the General Ledger
  • Exchange rate variations and their impact on revenue
  • Sales reports processing and its requirements in the Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP)
  • Remittance procedures and the Universal Air Travel Plan (UATP) billings
  • Refunds regulations and control procedures

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
