Interline Billing and Settlement Operations (IBS OPS) Working Group

One of the objectives of the Interline Billing and Settlement Operations (IBS OPS) Working Group is to establish, maintain and enhance standard procedures for the interline billing and settlement of amounts becoming due pursuant to interline agreements. These procedures are published in the Revenue Accounting Manual (RAM)

The IBS OPS Working Group also provides a forum for the resolution of disputes arising from the interpretation and application of those procedures. In addition, the IBS OPS seeks to maintain awareness of action by other industry groups which have revenue accounting implications.

The IBS OPS Working Group may have up to 15 IATA Member Airlines. The members are nominated by the respective airline's Finance Director CFO, and approved by the IATA Financial Committee.
