Upon completing this course you will be able to:

• Understand the legal and regulatory environments in which you work and how they affect your organisation
• Understand how air transportation is being transformed by market economies, liberalization of air routes, technological changes and commercialization of aviation activities
• Discuss the issues affecting airline operations, civil aviation and airport administrations and air navigation services with international legal experts

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
