Find answers to typical questions concerning the IATA Store's Products and Services.

  • Payment errors are caused by a variety of factors.  Common ways to troubleshoot are detailed below:

     

    • Begin by adding a Credit Card here -> Payment Methods
    • If authorized by your IT department, complete your purchase using incognito mode. Private browsing mode helps bypass a variety of issues which may interfere with the payment process. 
    • Ensure that all browser extensions are disabled.  Example extension -> "Microsoft Editor: Spelling & Grammar Checker" 
    • Return to your cart and proceed with your order.

     

    If the above does not work, please consider paying via Bank Transfer.  

  • Payment details for books are to be found on the PrePayment Advice document downloadable from your Order History. For all other products, including training,  please refer to the Invoice under the corresponsding section of your profile.

     

    Information on how to pay, including IATA's Bank Details and alternative ways to settle the sum, will have been communicated via email and are detailed in full here.

     

    Attention: All Invoices and PrePayment documents are due within 45 days of receipt. Failure to provide payment in full will result in the cancellation of your order.

  • To create a new address, please follow the steps below: 

     

    1. Log in to the IATA Store .
    2. Navigate to your Account ->  Addresses .
    3. Click on Manage Addresses (this will redirect you to the IATA Customer Portal). 
    4. Select New Address.  This is located at the top right-hand corner. 
    5. Enter your updated address information.
    6. If a Company already exists with matching details, you may link yourself to this account.
    7. Else, click Next Step and create a new Organization. Please note that this Organization Name will be displayed on your invoice.  You may also choose to enter your VAT#. 

     

    Please note that it is not possible to edit existing addresses, only to add new ones.  You may conveniently Enable or Disable existing addresses here.

    • Pay via Credit Card for all orders under $10,000.
    • Bank Transfer is available for all orders over $300.
    • If your account is authorized, you may purchase via IATA Clearing House (ICH).
    • Please manage your Credit Cards here. If you must delete a corporate card, please contact customer service.
  • To access your Digital IATA Publications, please begin by creating an account on our partner Bookshelf Platform->  Digitalpublications.iata.org

     

    Once you are authenticated, please locate and use the unique Redeem Code(s) received via email from publicationdelivery@iata.org

     

    Attention: One (1) Redeem code is required per user.  Each Redeem code can only be used once, which means an ePublication will only be available on the unique device where the code was redeemed.  If your Order included multiple Publications, you shall receive multiple Redeem codes in the same email.
