ISAGO Checklist

The ISAGO Checklist is an easy-to-use tool designed to quickly assess compliance with industry standards in ground handling.  It helps organizations ensure adherence and streamline operational audits.  The checklist is derived from the Airport Handling Manual (AHM) and the IATA Ground Operations Manual (IGOM).

The push for standardization in the aviation industry aims to ensure that airlines and Ground Handling Service Providers (GHSPs) adhere to uniform standards.  This approach eliminates ambiguity in processes and establishes clear industry benchmarks.  As a result, the aviation industry can reduce the need for resource-intensive audits by relying on ISAGO reports to verify compliance with standards such as IGOM and AHM.
