Digital identity to redefine distribution chain

Dynamic offer creation will be the backbone of the future world of airline’s being true retailers. In this world of offers and orders, airlines must be able to identify and authenticate their customers and all their partners throughout the value chain.

The IATA Digital Identity program is looking at industry solutions and proofs of concept to address this situation. The aim is to have a secured system-readable identity that authenticates customers and business partners and can be used throughout the whole retailing process…and more.
