IATA is pleased to announce the successful completion of its Global ISO9001:2015 Certification for the cycle 2022-2024 under the following scope:
Quality and risk management, design, development, and delivery of the IATA settlement system: Remittance and settlement, Banking Services, Settlement Risk Management, Participation, Customer Services, Platforms and Data operations, Invoicing and Collection, for agents and airlines.
The ISO 9001:2015 Certification represents an international recognition on good management practices ensuring a consistent delivery of services that meet IATA's customer’s quality requirements and expectations. The certification also provides IATA customers with assurance that operational procedures are being effectively conducted and founded on a solid continuous improvement basis.
To achieve the global ISO9001:2015 certification, the IATA Global Delivery Center (GDC) and Customer Service Center (CSC) underwent a rigorous audit involving teams from four different locations: Montreal, Madrid, Singapore, and Beijing. Throughout the certification process, all teams in every location had to demonstrate full compliance to the standard requirements, all the audit criteria, and our Internal Quality Policy.
