At IATA we want to ensure that the identity and/information of every IATA Customer Portal user is protected through two-factor authentication.
Therefore, effective 15 September 2022 for Agents and 15 October 2022 for Airlines, we will implement a mandatory two-factor authentication at the IATA Customer Portal level for all IATA BSPlink users.
