Learn how to purchase an IATA Training course with ICH

This video explains how to buy an IATA Training course using the IATA Clearing House (ICH) payment option. Follow these simple steps to complete your purchase quickly and securely.

  • Go to the IATA website and click on the Training tab.
  • Use the search bar to find your course and apply filters if needed.
  • Click Search Now, then select the course you want.
  • Scroll to Next Class section and choose a session.
  • Click Register, enter your email, and continue to the customer portal.
  • Log in or create an account (refer to FAQ for guidance).
  • Click Add to Shopping Basket for your course(s).
  • Go to the shopping cart tab and review your order.
  • Apply any promo code if available, then click Proceed to Checkout.
  • Confirm billing information and agree to the Conditions of Sale.
  • Click Proceed to Payment and select IATA Clearinghouse (ICH) if you’re an ICH member.
  • Enter required staff details and click Place Order.
  • Review final order with discounts applied—purchase complete.
