Aviation Ground Handling Services (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xi’an Xianyang International Airport Co., Ltd. With total assets of RMB250 million, the company provides a wide range of ground handling services, including aircraft maintenance, flight operations control and load control, special vehicle support and maintenance, ramp loading and unloading, cabin cleaning, passenger and baggage services, as well as airline ticket sales. The company serves more than 60 domestic and international airline customers with high-quality, efficient, and convenient ground handling services. It is a major aviation ground service provider at Xi’an Xianyang International Airport. Annually, it supports approximately 150,000 aircraft movements and 22 million passengers, holding a 44% market share at Xi’an Xianyang International Airport. In 2006, the company obtained the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Passenger Sales Agency qualification. In 2015, it became the third ground handling agent in mainland China to successfully pass the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO). In addition, the company has obtained certification under the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) Safety Management System (SMS) and holds an Air Operator Certificate for line maintenance issued by the CAAC.;
