To maintain your participation in the TIDS Program, there are 2 elements which have to be adhered to at all times:
- Promptly notify IATA of any Changes to your business details
- Continue to meet the TIDS Requirements

Maintain your Business Details
Travel industry suppliers use the IATA Agency List to find business partners and manage their relationships with them. If your business details are changing, please ensure to update them online via your TIDS dashboard. The TIDS Dashboard is accessible to designated TIDS Administrators as follows:
Step 1: Login to IATA Customer Portal
Step 2: Select TIDS under the “Services” area
Step 3: From your TIDS dashboard, select “Report Changes” to access to change form
Once your changes have been reviewed and approved by IATA, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note that when reporting a change of Legal Name or Ownership Details, the following supporting documents are required:
- Documentation supporting the legal form of business and ownership of the business entity (for example: Article of Incorporation)
- Signed copy of the TIDS Terms and Conditions
Relinquish your TIDS Participation
If your participation to the TIDS Program is no longer required, please ensure to notify IATA online via your TIDS dashboard. The TIDS Dashboard is accessible to designated TIDS Administrators as follows:
Step 1: Login to IATA Customer Portal
Step 2: Select TIDS under the “Services” area
Step 3: From your TIDS dashboard, select “Relinquish your TIDS participation” to terminate your service
