Good planning and analytics are key in optimizing all the operational areas at an airport. It ensures better utilization of infrastructure, improved passenger experience, and reduced wait times at flow bottlenecks. It also improves utilization of check-in infrastructure and flexible allocation (room for growth, delay/cancel expensive expansion projects, reduced queues in flow areas).

Prerequisites
- Participants should have prior knowledge of Airport Operations, Terminal procedures, and Basic planning elements.
- Recommended level is Intermediate and Advanced.
- The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.
