IATA BSP and BSPLink Training for Travel Agents aviation training course

IATA’s BSP and BSPlink Workshop for Travel Agents workshop is designed for travel agents to learn more about local IATA Billing and Settlement Procedures (BSP) and Governance, and BSPlink functionalities. During the workshop, you will gain a deeper understanding of BSP processes and features, the Passenger Agency Program, program enhancements supporting BSP operations and BSPlink functionality. The workshop duration is flexible to meet your needs, based on your preferred selection of curriculum topics, delivered at your location of choice.

Prerequisites

  • Participants should have prior knowledge of BSPlink functionalities and reporting procedures.
  • Recommended level is Entry-level and Intermediate.
  • The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.

  • Minimize errors, adopting best practices in dealing with agents and on BSPlink
  • Use the IATA Customer Portal
  • Understand market monitoring
